Listening to and taking care of your breath is opening the door to an infinite world of benefits. It heals and regulates you, while connecting you to your inner voice. In each deep breath, you can find the wisdom you need to face any situation with radiance and clarity.

Since ancient times, many spiritual traditions have found in the breath the key that opens the door to self-knowledge and mastery of the self.

When you inhale, you feed your spirit with the Prana or vital energy of the universe. In the case of the Vedas and the yogic and Taoist traditions -which delved more deeply into this or left a greater legacy in this regard-, they developed hundreds of breathing practices to stimulate or nourish different aspects of the soul. Such is its importance that breathing is the main pillar of practically any of their practices.
