Ahdab Badr

Massage practitioner and a Conscious Movement Instructor

Realizing my path came through exploring different means and practices of therapy from different countries, cultures, philosophies, and tools that transformed my life and journey on this earth teaching me everyday to come closer to a more authentic state of self.
With that realization, I focused my energy on music, therapy, travel, and writing-to combine these experiences and knowledge into intuitively led practices to holistically tap into different parts and aspects of our energy force and to assist in our overall well-being, while at the same time allowing to bring forth a sense of individualized settings, to resonate deeper with our sessions and learning.
It is a style of work that is bound by exploration and possibility, a space that honors fluidity and wonder within the realms of wellness and tradition.
