I’m Carine, just like you, I experienced moments of feeling disconnected, unable to move forward, but have equipped myself with a set of tools to navigate these roadblocks.
Following my MBA and extensive work in the business field, I pursued my passion in being a certified life coach (accredited from the International Coaching Federation), with specialized training as a cognitive-behavioral therapy practitioner and a Youth coach (CASE Institute, USA). I understand the challenges of pre-teens, teens and adults feeling stuck and the importance of having a supportive professional by their side. In our session: we connect, feel, learn and transcend.
