Ingi Abu Zaid
Creative Arts Therapist · PSYCH-K® Facilitator · Dreamwork Companion
Ingi Abou Zeid, MA, is a creative arts therapist, PSYCH-K® facilitator, and dreamwork companion with over 15 years of experience designing and facilitating international workshops, retreats, and therapeutic performances.
Her work integrates the individuation process, the power of the subconscious mind, and the creative arts—accompanying individuals in remembering their authentic voice and creativeessence. Ingi’s own two-decade inner journey with dreams and symbolic work continues to inspire her practice, which is also rooted in Jungian archetypes and symbolism.
Her fascination with the subconscious led her to study PSYCH-K®, a method for transforming limiting beliefs at a subconscious level. She weaves this process with creative expression and dreamwork, holding space for dreams as portals of healing and creative transformation.
Ingi has collaborated with international NGOs and cultural organizations to empower women and communities, while dedicating her practice to helping others embrace their uniqueness and embody self-empowered consciousness.
